On July 17th I was contacted by the so called "Policy 5" telemarketing and lead service company and I was open to trying a new lead program. The information given to me was that I would be exclusive, I could pick and choose all the parameters of specializing these leads into a pool that would consist of extremely high closing ratios based on our companies target desires, I was told that a majority of these leads would be current allstate customers I could not be guaranteed to get all 10 allstste customers, but most of them would be. I was told it would be a 30 day trial, I could cancel at any time no penalties, the leads if could not be quoted or were invalid or non reachable for whatever reason, would be replaced at no cost. If I referred someone I could get 5 additional leads free and so forth. After a discussion with Jarrett, the arrangement was made that on August 2nd 2012, there would be a charge against my credit card for these leads and I would start recieving them on aug 2nd and would be given all my access codes and website info to download and recieve the leads. I obtained the email contract, esigned and printed out the info.
My credit card was charged on July 18th without my authorization. I recieved a notification and an additional charge as a result of this transaction. I noticed this around July 23rd, I called the direct phone number I was given for contact purposes and left a message. I also sent an email requesting a call back in regards to this situation. I never heard from anyone. I had called several times over the next 3 weeks to 3 different phone numbers, and emailed thru policy5 service contact page, I never recieved any correspondence in regards to my concerns.
I then recieved an email stating along the lines "just checking to see if I recieved my login and password info". Nothing else was there. I again attempted to get in touch with this company, but was never contacted in return. I went online to investigate this company and found plenty of discouraging information.
I called the phone number in the service contract for purchasing, and a female answered, I started to explain to her My concerns and she said that she does not handle these things, only T.J. does and transfered me immediately to "T.J." I started to ask questions about the services and lack of correspondence, I was interrupted several times with breif statements from T.J. on why I was upset. I had to tell him again that I was upset for several reasons, not just because I had an unauthorized charge, but I also have not recieved any leads, no login information, no return call, and I had an additional charge for his companies errors.
I specifically asked him where were the leads that I paid for, he said that they are no longer valid since they were 5 or 10 days old, they would have to get me fresh leads, i asked him how long do I have to access the leads and he said for as however long as I need to, then I said well why cant I view the ones that you say are in my client space, he gave some other excuse and I basically toned him out at this point as the excuses grew tiresome.
T.J. blamed it on Jarrett said it was his (Jarrett's)personal cell phone I called and he never returned the message. He blamed Jarrett for the payment transaction, He blamed an outsourced company for the client space website and email correspondence. T.J. said he would have to investigate the email, but swears I got it because he supposedly forwarded the one I got, however T.J. in his next sentence says he cannot view the emails and could not tell me what day and time I got the email. but again he supposedly was able to forwarded it to me. I cought T.J. contradicting himself numerous times, as well as outright lying, and told him the conversation is being recorded remember thats what you said, so I told him to listen to it. T.J. promised me the leads would start tomorrow which was a week ago, today is the 11th of September 2012, I still have yet to recieve any leads.
In the meantime, I came across 2 other Farmers agents in my same District that has policy 5 issues. They have about the same problems. Except one has recieved 3 leads out of 30 promised 25+5 free for buying 25 leads. The kicker here is that we were told by T.J. theywe agents are exclusive, but 2 of the 3 leads were also given to the other farmers agent and they're in the same city, so 2 agents recieving the same exact leads from this company.
Come on T.J. I invite you to start lying some more. I can and will produce the emails, and log information of my outgoing and incoming emails, since everyone is archived, time stamped and documented. I will prove to you, any Judge, court or law enforcement agency that you have violated your own contracts, fraudently obtained payment(s) for services that were never delivered, services that were duplicated, fraudently obtained customer information, submitting agents fake or used leads and charging for them. I can assure you the local authorities, as well as the necessary departments are being notified in order to stop you from stealing from others and Hold you accountable for your illegal doings.
