We purchased a used veichle from salesman Danny in the used location. Being that I have dealt with the dealership before and never had any issues, we choose to use them again. We live 100 miles away so I put trust in Danny to find a good running vehicle for my daughter. We got pics and a video of this particular vehicle looked good via photos and vid, but as we all know it's hard to see everything via pcitures. So Danny sent the car down to Midland for us to see and the paint on the car was horrible, terribly faded we were not informed of this.

The whole car would need to be painted. Being that the car seemed to run fine on the test drive we went ahead and signed paperwork This was on a friday. Saturday we took the car for a drive and it went into a reduced engine power mode. Shut it off it went away, Then monday drove again and it went into a complete limp mode with same issue reduced engine power and would not go over 60 mph and sputtered. I putted it back to the house. Contacted Danny with hesitance said to take it over to a dealership they owened here, Mazda of Midland. So my husband trailered the car and took it over there and dropped it off with them.

They had the car 2 weeks and diagnosied it with electrical issues due to leaking windshiled. They put new connectors on part of the electrical and lubed it. Saying that it was now fixed. We picked it up Saturday. Drove it today Monday and it went into Reduced engine power again while sitting idling this morning. Same issues sputtering won't go over 60 mph. So we called POllard ford and they are refusing to help with the issue. A issue which they promised to fix and yet we still have the issue.  We could have just taken the car back that monday under the 72hr period of cancellation, but we were informed that the issue would be fixed.

So we put faith in the dealership. I have texts stating to take it to the Mazda dealership for repair. So now we are stuck with a car for my 16 yr old that I will have to worry will go into limp mode everytime there is condensation on the windshield if it rains or snows. They refuse to take the car back. We would have returned it that monday if we had thought they would treat us this way. I would never recommend buying a used car from this dealership. The salesman even stated to me after the fact that he thinks this is why the previous owener traded the car in. The Mazda dealer who also put a dent in the door that was not before and won't take responsiblity for that Pollard Ford  owns wants to charge us to continue to fix the car when Pollard Friendly Ford should pick up the tab that is good buisness practice.
