Pomacaicleanse.com Unauthorized Charge to my account after paying s/h for "trial" offer California Internet - California

I paid $4.99 s/h for my "free sample" from this company that came without any paperwork or information telling me I had to cancel something, otherwise I would be charged for a month's supply. 20 days later I was charged $88.97 and didn't receive anything. Pomacaicleanse 866-360-1477 is what showed up on my billing statement. Upon calling the number I was told to email support@colonmed700.com and ask for an RMA #, which doesn't make any sense because I don't have anything to return! I was told by "Brandon" that I will receive a credit within 3-5 business days. After researching this online and reading how other people are also being scammed by this company, I do not believe I will ever get my money back. This company needs to be prosecuted to the fullest. Money is tight right now and it makes me sick to my stomach to know that I was taken advantage of and that nothing is being done about it. There really should be a civil suit entered agains this company immediately!
