Despite getting a really nervous feeling when sitting at my kitchen table with sleezeball Steve Lanni, we contracted to have Pool King build us a swimming pool. The went to work immediately and the checks were indorsed right away. After getting almost all of the money they just quit building. We made dozens of phone calls and it was nothing but lies and runarounds. Frankly I think we got off easy compared to others, having only had to spend an additional $18,000 to fix their screwups and finish the pool.
We've got a great pool now, no thanks to Kenneth and Steven, and we probably have a major income tax deduction, which I could do without.
Incidentally, Pool King filed a defamation of character lawsuit against the Better Business Bureau of Harris County, TX. Kenneth Lanni has a lot of guts but no balls. Now he can sue me, too.

On Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2008 Kenneth Lanni took a ride in the back seat of a chauffered automobile wearing a beautiful set of stainless steel bracelets. He is charged with 1st Degree Felony Theft. If convicted, he could face five years to life. FIVE TO LIFE!!!
Let's hope that the cops also pick up that scum-bag kid brother of his.
