 I ordered a 27' with 48" walls. Josha Kent was my sales person. Josha told me the pool would be shipped immediatly and I would have my pool in about a week. After 2 weeks I called back to find Josha was off that day. I was able to talk to customer service who gave me to another sales person who was very helpful. He checked my order and found Josha never released my order to be shipped. The salesperson immediatly handled the problem and I received my pool within a week. After receiving my pool I discovered the walls were 52" not 48".

I left several messages for Joshua before finally going through customer service who finally got Joshua to return my call. I called Joshua and explained my situation and he told me "there is nothing I can do for you". Joshua said I could return the pool at my own expense. When I asked the approximate cost to return the pool, Joshua told me about $900.00. After I pointed out that I only payed $1250.00 for the pool, Joshua again told me "there is nothing I can do".

I then asked to speak to Joshua's supervisor and I was passed on to Joey. I explained my situation and Joey told me I ordered the wrong pool. Joey said I was sent emails stating the height of the walls. When I said the height of the walls was not stated in the emails, Joey became very rude and told me it was my fault. I asked Joey to send me copies of the emails and Joey said "all the emails would show the walls were 52". Joey told me he would send the emails to me. That was 2 weeks ago, and I still have received no email copies.
