I bought a truck from them that they said was owned by one of there mechanics and he took care of his truck but went and got a bigger truck. I called went buy to make a payment one week later and the person that does the payment was gone for the day. i was told by the two salesmen there they can take a copy of my card and and to sign the authorization form and i can just call in the morning to make the payment. I had them make a copy of my cards and sign the form. I called in the next day to make the payment the guy was very rude and said he got it my form and will process the payment he transfer me to the salesmen to change my payment dates seen they are set way before my pay dates. the current month was right but the months after was way off. The salesmen told me he would call back never heard back.

Two weeks later I went by to make a another payment and to see if the pay dates where change. I was told when i got there they do not have my authorization form and the payment was not done when i called in and my truck was in repo status. So they charge me a $25 late fee and a late fee for the current payment i was making when I was a day early for that payment. They could not even find my file so i had to sign the authorization form again and have them copy my card again. The lady and man in the front was very rude like someone was trying to run a scam on them.I was very calm and upfront and didn't deserve the rudest they gave me. I ask if the pay dates was change. he act like I agree to the pay dates. I let him know I told the salesmen the pay dates were off and the salesmen told me when I come in to have them change it.The guy taken the payment was acting like i was trying to change things and get over someone and said i have changing pay dates and i let him know no i get paid same time every month and i told the salesmen that and it says it on my check stubs.I was wait until i get a paper saying the dates change and he told the manger have to approve it and will be tomorrow.so i left

On my home the truck stop move and any gauge I put it in. I kept call them to let them know the vehicle stop moving. I had it towed back to them on my dime. I left alot of message in the service department seen no one pick up of what happen and think its the transmission.I did not get a call for two days asking what is wrong. i told them what was wrong and she ask if it was there i told her i towed it there two days ago. then she said she just drove it and think it the transmission.she didn't give me a call for another two later telling me its the transmission and i would have to pay $800 to fix. i told her i don't think i should have to pay when i just got it less then 4 weeks ago.she said for me to talk to salesmen. I called him three time till finally i got hold of him.He told me yes I'm going to have to pay for it cause it is a as is vehicle but under the lemon law they need to disclosure any problems with the vehicle. they never disclosure the problem with the truck and had me believe the vehicle was fine. So they violate the lemon law and just did a patch job to sell vehicle. I have a serious illness that react badly in cold weather, standing, walking and stressing. they stress of waiting for tow truck and had to take a cab home land me in the hospital for my illness.

Your username says "Prolawlady", but I'm not so sure.  If you were, you'd probably have known that Texas lemon laws do not apply to used vehicles.   If you bought a used vehicle "as is", then you get to pay for any problems after the purchase.   Which is why I tell anyone who will listen to have any prospective purchase thoroughly checked out by a reputable mechanic before signing on the dotted line.   It's the only way to protect yourself when it comes to used cars.
