Ely the office manager from Port City Family Medicine should be fired for incompetence along with being ignorant and rude to patients and their families. I never in my life dealt with people like this and I should of walked out if the office the very first time I ever went there. Its obvious the doctors or whomever is in charge allows this nonsense to go on and ruin their business. A very un-professional type of business environment!!!
