Avoid Poschl USA at all costs! This company will take your money and not send you the products you ordered. I placed an order in March 2013 from their sketchy-look website. I have contacted the company several times to check on the status of my order (by using the "contact" link on their website) but never received a response. This company clearly is not associated with Poschl, but instead is tarnishing the Poschl name due to unethical business practices and poor customer service.

We just came across this report and we were so surprised. We are a small company and, despite what the initial report states, a very legitimate one at that. We take pride in our customer service and we cater to each and every customer like they are our only one. If something goes wrong with an order we notify the customer immediately and offer a variety of solutions to ensure the customers utmost satisfaction.

Sometimes, unfortunately, orders can get held up at customs and even though this is completely out of our hands, we will do everything in our power to make it right. It pains us to hear that a customer wasn't satisfied and we wish we were given the opportunity to fix whatever went wrong. I can honestly say that this customer's emails did not come through to us or they would have been answered within 24 hours, without fail.

We are a steadily growing company and I truly believe it is because of the professional way we conduct business and our extraordinary team. All of us involved wish to bring our wonderful products to the world and our sole purpose is to make our customers happy with us and their purchases!
