The Following Excerpt is ALL one hundred percent the absolute Truth in regards
to an international Man of Mystery known as the illustrious STEPHAN SCHURMANN.He spells his name accordingly: Steven Shurman, Stephen Shurmann, Stevie Shurmenn and other Also Known As. He does this in order to hide his true
identity as he continues to Con, Scam, Defraud, Lie, and Cheat American business people out of their hard earned money. How incredibly jarring is the fact he continues in this incredibly offensive behavior with impunity and
little conscience. He went to Benavis, Spain and then changed his name and got a Passport from Spain and reentered the United States.
He is now on the run somewhere in the United States continuing to open up FAKE job sites, posting
them on the internet as legitimate businesses. Fake Power Concrete, Power Toilets, Power-Loser!
He then called a Ms. Alison Lindsey an incredibly offensive word from a female derogatory slang name from Channel 41 News who was reporting and investigating this SCAM-ARTIST Snake Oil Sales man. Began to hound her over the internet in an obsessive manner and began a Smear campaign against her. He then defrauded and cheated another Man in Florida, Cutting Edge Realty from Orlando Florida by cheating and scamming a Rental property. Left it destroyed
and with mounting financial obligations, can reach a Mr. Douglas F. Schwartz for further detail.
He then went and worked for a Q-Panels company under a Mr. Mark Hayes and then mirrored and shadowed his company and began to slide money into his accounts instead of the companies. He was found out, confronted, and terminated from further employment with this company. He put up their web site, used his name
of Stephan Schurmann and tried to take ALL licensing and trademarks to try to legitimize his FAKE Company on the internet. He was then located, relocated to Gotha, Florida where he got another rental property from a Ms. Andrae Crayton and became the SHYSTER by shysting her out of proper financial obligations and leaving a path of destruction from this Rental property. Again, left it in utter ruin and destruction.
Then this LEECH of a Man, went to the Philippines where he met a Mr. *#$&*#$ the local Gymnasium work out center.
Told his pity and sob story of how he's always dreamed of working and living in America and so *#$&*#$ in his graciousness gave this nasty of a Man a Money-LOAN to move to America. Stephan then had *#$&*#$ store, sell, all of
his property in the Philippines, which may have been stolen from other people, then left for the United States. While in America, he had Mr. *#$&*#$ send him further money from the Sale of his property and items left in the
Philippines. So, this is only a SMALL snidbit, a micro scan of the SCAMS and CONS this slug of an individual has been committing. He stomps on, and tries to deface, discredit, cheat, and lie of anyone who dares to oppose him and
challenge him in his rip-off schemes. He copies, imitates, and poses as the very people who try to STOP him! He has continued to do this for YEARS with impunity. However, He will be tracked down, He will be Caught, and He will be
brought to justice in the American court of Law. It is not IF, but a mere WHEN.
It is definitely and inconvenience on every one's part, but WE are on to his game of lies and treachery. We will Catch him very soon! I pray about it every day and every night! This is the absolute TRUTH regarding this despicable
person who is not even fit to be called a MAN. Let's use all of our common sense and reasoning skills. He claims he's the victim and everyone else are liars; yet he's the only one that can't Answer for any of his illegitimate
actions. I can account for Mine, Mark Taylor for his, but he's the Only one that goes into hiding, defensive, and begins his onslaught of trying to destroy good honest people. I have made it my Life's Mission to catch this man, I will
be Relentless in my pursuit of this THIEF, if it's one thing in this world I HATE the most, it's a lying, cheating, stealing, THIEF! STEPHAN SCHURMANN is that Man!

Richard Waters, your rip off report sounds a little bit too personal I carefully read through your report and came to the conclusion with no evidence I find it highly unlikely you actually expect us to believe this report. For one where is
the EVIDENCE that Stephan Schurmann, CEO of Powerconcrete Inc. is a con man as you stated and where is the evidence of any scam victims?

He has been accusing and stalking Mr. Schurmann, and his company Powerconcrete on the internet for more than one year because Schurmann exposed their plaswall franchise fraud. In fact, he is the one who has been stalking people. This guy goes by the name of Richard Waters and 50 other fake IDs. He has been using twitter and ripoff report as a way to attack people. This Waters guy is mad because Schurmann posted a comment on the plaswall franchise fraud. He is mad because he wants that comment to be deleted off of the internet because he claims he cannot get a job and he claims he will soon be homeless. The real reason for his not working is because he is too busy posting on the computer instead of going out to look for a job. This guy also thinks that people are making prank phone calls to his home every day. This is his way of getting attention from people and making them feel sorry for him. Richard Waters is also has been making claims that he cannot get a job and is homeless because Schurmann posted the truth about the Plaswall franchise fraud. Waters claims that these facts have been altered and he cannot get a job and has lost his house because of them. The real reason that Waters is not working and has lost his house is because he is on the computer round the clock trying to destroy Schurmann and his company Powerconcrete Inc. instead of going out
looking for a job. Waters also is losing his home because he would not clean up his yard when the city ordered him to do so. They fined him money every day that it was a mess. Since Waters would not pay the debt and his house payment, they were forced to foreclose. This guy is nothing more than a psychotic stalker who does not take responsibility for his own actions. Instead he blames others for all of his problems in life.
As of this date NOBODY has found ANY criminal history of Stephan Schurmann nor ANYTHING of concern to the public.

FALSE REPORTS MADE BY CYBER STALKER RICHARD WATERSI would be curious to know who the anonymous individual is that keeps lying on this FAKE reports. Those who read this will see that I use my REAL name on this report. I

In regards to the false arrest and eviction statement on Stephan Schurmann, CEO of PowerConcrete Inc..I WAS NOT ARRESTED FOR ANYTHING BY ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY EVER. A public records check will show this to be fact.
As for the so called EVICTION. It did not happen either. We moved our PowerConcrete factory to another location due to the cyber stalking and harassments of Mark Taylor and Richard Waters.
I challenge whoever it is that posted that information to post PUBLIC RECORDS to back up your statements. Something you will be unable to do.
Hacking and Cyber Harassment against Mr. Schurmann and false statements that he is on the run from the FBI or that he was arrested are absolute FANTASIES of the mentally unstable Richard Waters and Mark Taylor. Both individuals are known FRANCHISE FRAUDSTERS and their false accusations are fabricated to harm ex-franchisees who did not obey to their corrupt Plaswall franchise methods.
Anonymous trolls who play games such as this only makes it easier for these people to not be accountable for their actions and harm future innocent victims in the process.
