I ordered a complete program for solar and wind for the home DIY it was to include 6 books of instruction and a instuctial DVD and a support site available to me for life time. I got a DVD that wasn't even close to instrucial. Cann't make contact to get a refund that was also promised if I was not happy. It is a real rip off
