PowerClickMarketing Spamming me to death. Athens Tennessee

I have a yahoo email account I set up with a bogus name specifically because I use this on line, for message boards, sign up for surveys etc and I KNOW it will be "out there" and a magnet for spammers. When I DO sign up for some survey site, for example, I ALWAYS read the privacy statement. IF they "share with third parties, or affiliates" I RUN. I try very hard to only sign up with companies that CLAIM to keep emails private.

Well... somehow this company got my real name. (First name only but still.)
And every day, for MONTHS now, I get a barrage of junk.
Dear... get an iphone,
Dear... your free laptop is waiting
Dear... take better pictures.... on and on!

There is NO opt out anywhere, (Then again, I have my email set to block images. If there is an opt out I wont' see it.) and besides, if I did not OPT IN you do NOT ever click an opt out in junk mail. It only validates to a spammer that yes, this person IS reading this. NEVER do it!

I have been sending their junk through spamcop.net which brought up their isp address and name.
Today I did a little more research and with their ip address was able to find their psycal address and phone. I have tried forwarding some of their crap directly to their ip admins. (I have three addresses.) I have asked that this stop. Begged, even threatened.
I NEVER get a reply. Just more junk.

All it brings up is a page with that name on it.

I WANT THIS TO STOP.
Short of dragging them to court, (this IS theft of time) hoping a report here will help.
People, don't just delete spam. DO SOMETHING!!

There is NO reason for this. I don't want it, didn't ask for it. I am on a do not call list and there are huge fines if someone violates that.I have contacted all three credit agencies and sent written requests to OPT OUT of all junk.And for the most part this works.
Email is still an open target for every creep on the planet. Bad enough when junk comes out of China. US law can't really do a thing. But this guy is IN THE STATES! Don't we have ANY privacy rights here???Time someone shouts ENOUGH!!!!

I actually am signed up with a few services WHO PAY ME TO READ THEIR ADS!
This one is stealing my time and I AM FED UP!
