 I contracted with PowerPoint Electric because he had done some work for me in the past. I did over tens of thousands dollars of work with Darren Koonz and thought he was a good friend. I asked for a lower price than normal for replacing all my fuses and the main electrical box to the house. I was working overseas at the time and could not inspect his work. So when I finally did he did not install the typical main box with a main shutoff switch. I need to individually reset all fuses instead of one for the.main box. In addition I found out he cut three circuits to the box and disabled those circuits. He maliciously cut them as a criminal act. It was too late to file a complaint with the AZ Register of Contractors or criminal charges. He now lives in Texas. He is ex-navy. Can't trust this person to do the right thing. He may even slander me.
