Powerpoint Financial - Bill Hensley - Laura Morgan Scam Addition to Sassymidnight's Report Morriston Ontario

Received a Final Winning Notification from Powerpoint Financial In. that we had won from North Mega Sweepstakes held on January 5th, 2008 in the 2nd category, ticket serial NO: 387450146 that the lucky winning NO 38-44-66-79-91 is the winning number for the full amount out of a 5 Million US Dollars $250,000.00 US Dollars, the letter goes on to say to call before you cash the check that we received in the sum of $4890.00, call then they will inform us what our next step is.

Being a sceptic, I called the first day, the mail box was full, so you could not leave a message, so I called the next day, talked with Bill Hensley, so I think, tells me to cash this check then call him back after cashing the check. so I waited a few hours then I called back to let him know that I have cashed the check, what is my next step. He then asked what was my phone number, I told him, although he already new what number I was comming off of, he asked for the number I was on, which was my cell number, I was not going to give him that, told him I cashed the check, what is my next step. He hung up on me.

Needless to say, I logged in the internet to find this same report from Sassymidnight saying the exact same thing on her letter.

So I would first like to thank Sassymidnight for reporting this, THANK G-D I did not cash this check.

I work for the police department and I am going to bring the letter and the check to the police for them to investigate this for me. Hope this also helps all of the others that have received this check too.
