I placed an order with the company and it was shipped incomplete.
I placed an order for the Weight Stack Set 190LBS. (WS-190) on January 9, 2017 and it was shipped to me incomplete on January 23, 2017. The item is missing one of the ten pound plates and the selector pin.

I contacted customer service on 01/23/2017 and corresponded with customer service rep Luis Pinto. I have yet to hear back from anyone in Powertec's customer service department regarding my issue since 01/23/2017.

I have sent many emails that go unanswered and I have made many phone calls just to be placed on endless hold. I just don't know what else to do.

Albert is correct... I wasn't ignored but it did take nearly 8 weeks for Powertec's customer service to finally contact me from the initial date my issue was brought to their attention.

Incident Resolved To Satisfaction

AUTHOR: Albert - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, April 07, 2017

Due to the long holiday break for our factory around the time of the incident, we had a longer than expected delay in receiving the extra parts needed to fulfill Mr. Armento's order. However, we have shipped out the missing items on March 23, 2017. We were able to confirm with Mr. Richard Armento today via email that he have indeed received the items. Unlike what Mr. Armento described, we did not ignore his case and have been communicate with him with no less than ten correspondences. However, we are happy that we were able to resolve this case to his satisfaction.
