Their ads do not have a phone number or address, so it is impossible to return the package. As soon as their charges appeared my credit card company called me and asked if the charges were legitimate. I said "No", and they cancelled the card and issued a new one to me. I spent two hours on the net looking for a phone number to call and an address to send it to. When I found it (in someone's complaint) I called and asked for an RMA number. The person who answered tried a sales pitch, but I told her I had already cancelled the charge and the credit card and had the forms for filing a dispute. She made suggestions for how I could keep the kit, and told me it was past the 14 days. I told her again the charge had been cancelled and I had the dispute forms to file. She told me they would be glad to give me a complete refund. I said I would not file the dispute forms until they had notified my credit card company of the refund, and would tell them to expect the refund. If that happened I would of course not file the dispute. She was pleasant and courteous throughout the conversation, and I told her I would post that on the net since there were so many complaints about their program being a scam. Here it is.
