FRAUD ALLERT:::::On Wednesday December 21st 2009 I placed an order at 8:30pm for a prayercross for a Christmas gift.  I did not think to research this company for fraud because they advertised on the website they were affiliated with the"as seen on TV" company which I have used previously.  I completed my order and selected priority shipping for 7.99$.  The order totaled aprox. $55.00, I paid with my credit card.  Moments later I received an email confirming my order and EVERYTHING was wrong.  The number of items I ordered changed and the cost of the order went to 119.96 , The shipping meathod chaged from 5-7 business days to STANDARD TO CONTINENTAL US (4-6 WEEKS).  When I went back to the website to cancel the oder it directs you to contact customer service by phone at 1-866-655-4336 and that it may take several days for customer service records to be updated with the order.  Since it was after business hours on Wednesday first thing in the morning the following day I contacted the customer service # and after 26 minutes on hold I was able to speak with a customer service representative who told me my order has been canceled and my credit card would be credited back the full refund of 119.96.  I asked for a confirmation email of my cancelation.  The representative stated that emails were not sent at her office and that she would put in a request but I would not get the email for 2-3 business days.  So I waited the weekend and mid day the following monday I contacted the company who did not have any record of the cancelation and they stated my order had already been shipped and there was nothing that could be done about refunding my credit card.  This company had no intention on canceling my order or issuing a refund as far as I know they don't even have any intention on actually sending the order.  They have no way to cancel an order, no way to track an order, no management team to speak too, the telephone # works only half the time, no way to confirm your order.  CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!  Dispute the charges with your bank and file a ripoff report so this company can be held accountable for their shady business practices!!!!
