Pre-Paid Legal - PPL These people lied to me and have taken money from my account without my permission Internet

Well, this whole thing started off as i was looking for a lawyer to handle a custody case.  I talked to the woman from pre-paid legal services about signing up and she assured me that this was a good company and not a big rip-off and so i decided that i would try it and then after my husband and i discussed it, we decided that we were not going to do it.  I pulled up my email the next day and i was charged $37 to my account and i called them and told them i never signed up for this stuff and they just kept saying i did and then i told them i wanted this cancelled and my money back and they said i had to have something notarized to get rid of this account and then i said well you mean this cant be done over the phone and they said no we dont do that and they wanted something faxed and so we did that and then proceeded to tell that it was cancelled and then i kept getting emails that it was still open and then i talked to another person and she said it was cancelled so i am not sure if this is cancelled because i just recieved something else in the mail.  Whatever matter your case is go to a real lawyer because this company is a joke and will steal every last penny you have!!!
