Your post is very interesting. It is apparent that you know very little about the situation you are commenting on.

The bare facts are: A Sarasota developer contracted with my company to install residential elevators in a project that they were developing. My company installed and turned over the elevators in units which ultimately sold and closed within 2-3 months upon the completion of our work. The units sold for an average price $900,000.00 each. Unfortunately, our company was not paid in full for the goods and services provided. The owners of the units are quite pleased with the quality and workmanship of our product. As for the statements made, "They have never completed a job on time or per their contract. Their workmanship is shoddy at best and if you with hold money for incomplete or poor work they threaten you with law suits for money they are not even owed." Where did you dream this up? I have been in business for over 20 years and we have installed nearly 2,000 residential elevators. Our customers include most of the well-known and respected developers and custom home builders on the west coast of Florida. We are very proud of our good reputation and we work hard to maintain that reputation in the residential building community. By the way, I am not the only sub-contractor who has provided excellent goods and services and never been paid for those goods and services. The court dockets are laden with cases such as these.

Its so easy to sit at a keyboard, in front of a computer screen, in complete anonymity and flame someone. GZ, who are you, what is your purpose? It would appear that posters GZ and D are quite possibly one and the same. But if you are aware of anyone who is unhappy with our services, have them contact my company and we will remedy the situation. I sincerely doubt that any such person exists.
