Precision Home Improvement owned by Guy Blasingame did not pay supplier for materials used on my roof. end up getting Mechanics Lien on my residence. Guy Balsingame also owns other companies in other parts. check to see who owns the company.

I too contracted with Precision Home Improvement last year and Pacific Supply placed a lien on my house. It occurred to me few weeks ago, I had better check. Upon calling Pacific Supply, I learned the lien had not been released. In other words, Precision never followed up to makes sure they released the lien. Guy did have a house in Brentwood. He told me he was moving to Baton Rouge, LA where his family moved. He planned to continue as a contractor. Also he was awarded a construction contract for a nonprofit in Brentwood.
