I filled in the information for a free trial of AgeInvisible at a cost of $4.98 but changed my mind and cancelled the order later the same day, May 13, 2009.

On June 1, 2009 AgeInvisible debited my account for $69.32. On June 7, 2009 I received a an email letter from them canceling my membership.

The fraud here is that they did not have permission to debit my account for any amount of money.

To sum it up, they debited my account nineteen days after I had cancelled the account; and the original amount of $4.98 was increased by $64.34 to a total of $69.32.

AgeInvisible told me when I called that I did not follow their rules for cancellation; I needed to get the RMA number and return the product before a reimbursement. But I was not aware of these rules, the email letter of cancellation of membership that they sent me did not mention anything about this rule or about a RMA number; I have a copy of the email if it would help. I received this email from them on June 7, 2009.
