Predictive Dollars ripped me off for over $4000 on old, non responsive crap leads. All the exact same complaints that came before mine, and I see from visiting other sites, many more of the same sad story trailing (((ROR redacted)))

I spoke with many other angry customers who wanted to put together some kind of "class action" law suit against this bogus company. I eventually filed a small claims action, but then after paying more money to have the papers served - we find out they did a "midnight move out" of their old Florida office address. The new address was then tracked to a storage facility address a few blocks away!

The entire scam is based on the simple fact that if he takes hardworking businesses for $4000 or even $8000, how hard are we going to fight to get our money back? You win a summary judgment and what do you really have? A piece of paper allowing you to attach assets that aren't there??? I was jerked around for almost six months by them, finally filed the lawsuit, etc. Total time was well over 9 months of wasted BS. Nick Passalacqua and Predictive Dollars prey on this fact - we eventually get tired chasing a ghost, give up and realize we need to focus on getting our dwindled pipelines back up, due to spending countless hours and frustration, wanting restitution. I just cannot believe the FBI and local law enforcement hasn't cuffed these guys and locked them all up yet! They've been ripping people off for years, laughing when stealing our hard earned money! I've got a file on Predictive Dollars that's thicker than any customer lead file - the difference is, I spent way more time on that file than any lead file and never saw one red cent. At least a good portion of my own, walk-in customer referrals I can count on to get paid. My recommendation for what it's worth; put a class action lawsuit together, you cannot fight this company and this owner on your own, like I tried to do.

Good luck to all of the other Predictive Dollars victims. Somebody recently burned with new anger needs to head up a class action suit so count me in!!
