PREFERRED GUEST GROUP BEST VACATIONS EVER SCAM ARTISTS, DECEPTION, WINTER PARK Florida

I was contacted by phone to let me know how lucky I was and what a deal they had for me.  4 days 3 nights on Gran Bahama Island.  I was not interested.  The smooth talking salesman convinced me that I had nothing to lose.  If I decided I didn't want to go I could always cancel the trip and receive a full refund, as long as it was 30 days prior to departure.  I have money problems and am not interested in taking the trip.  I haven't even selected a date for the trip.  It's not like they now have an open space somewhere!!   Well I requested my FULL refund.  Now I am being told that I can not receive a refund.  I did not want to participate in the first place.  I was lured into it with the promise that I could receive a Full refund at any time prior to my departure.  I believe I agreed to this scam in August of 2014 and had 18 months to travel.  I WANT THE FULL REFUND THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME.
