Preferred Relocation Company is a scam! They totally ripped me off, couldn't commit to a delivery date and jerked me around on pricing. Don't ever be fooled by this company. The dispatchers don't communicate with the man Hackensack, New Jersey

Do not ever even think of doing business with Preferred Relocation. They quoted me for a cheaper price, but could not commit to a delivery date. Then the moving team was late arriving and said that I needed to pay $450 additional to guarantee a delivery date. 10 minutes later, he called back and said he couldn't do this after all. They pressured me to sign the agreement and then wanted 50% of the payment before they even put my things onto a truck. The agreement also stipulated that the balance of the fee be paid before they unload- IE: you have NO clue what condition your things will be in. Someone in the 'escalation' department contacted me and fed me a bunch of bullshit statements about how he would do everything in his power to accommodate for my move but told me it was a federal violation to guarantee a moving date in NY State. Please steer clear and avoid the hassles I had. If you're reading this, it's for a very good reason. This company is NOT to be trusted. Do not be fooled and please learn from my mistake.
