Upon ordering a free trial of hoodia fen my account was charged on Feburary 11, 2008 in the amount of $3.97, in which a free trial was never recieved I called it a small loss. After reviewing my bank statment I noticed a charge on March 8, 2008 in the amount of $79.95 for products I have never recieved.

I called the company and questioned them about the charges and they said that I should revieve the package in a few days, and I could return the product for a full refund. I recieved the package in the mail on March 12,2008 and wrote return to sender and placed it in my mailbox on March 13,2008.

I waited about a week and called again and they said they had not recieved it yet. Over the next several weeks I continued to call and got the same response, except for now they said they would have someone contact me when they credited my account.

After over a month and no responce, on May 8,2008 I proceeded to contact them once again, I while speaking with the supervisor on call, and she stated that they were not going to refund my money and there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager or someone over her, she stated that they don't take phone calls and hung up on me when I got upset.

This company is a scam and it gives other companies like them bad names. I lost over $80.00 dealing with them and they have no right to be able to continue doing business.

Englewood Performance Ripoffs Continue.

AUTHOR: Busta Thief - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 04, 2008

Upon ordering a free trial of Acai Berry from Englewood Performance my account

I was charged on July 25th, 2008 in the amount of $4.95, in which a 2 week

supply "FreeTrial" has not been recieved.

This was just a set-up for a bigger and better robbery today, August 4, 2008.

After reviewing my bank statment today, I noticed a pending charge in the amount

of $74.95 for which I have not authorized.

These criminals get your account information with the "Free Trial" bait, in which

you pay the shipping and handling charges mentioned above; then they rob your

account for more.

I have notified my bank in time today to deny payment of the pending $74.95.

But of course, my card is no longer "good", and I have the added inconvenience of

having to go to a branch, get a temporary card, and wait for my new card to come

in the mail. All my legitimate vendors will be denied payment now on that account,

and this will cause serious problems and expense. So it's more to it than just

catching the bad guys, and protecting your money, it's a great big inconvenience

and expense for a lot of people. Why can't the FBI and Law Enforcement zero in on

these scams immediately? I wonder if they know about this one?

Sincerely,

Busta Thief
