Much of this report is unintelligible.  The parts that are actually somewhat clearer contain bad information.

Yes the company was sued this summer.Does that matter to them no... well, companies get sued all of the time.  Most lawsuits in such cases are frivilous.  Companies in such a situation give the paperwork to a lawyer to dispose of and let them handle it.  So, no it wouldn't matter to management since a lawyer is already handling the matter.  Understand??

We can't give the cost of the service out which is actually illegal.  Well, credit repair isn't like buying a head of lettuce.  There isn't a fixed price because obviously everyone's situation is different and how the problem is solved is different.  So no, you can't provide a price.  Sheesh.

If feeling Mr blah blah should hear the truth or keep doing what got your butts sued to start with.don't blame the people who work blame the company  Well, that has to be the dumbest statement in this whole report.  A company gets sued due to the actions of its people.  A company doesn't get sued simply because it is a company.  By definition, people are to blame when a company gets sued.  Now, perhaps you want to blame management for policy issues, rather than management blaming staff?  After all, both are people.  However, if staff follow policy to the letter, then there generally isn't a problem.  If they don't, then there can be problems.

So this sounds like a credit repair company; you can't really tell from this unintelligible complaint.  Companies like this get sued by careless people who expect miracles when their credit can't be repaired.  There is no cure for this type of stupidity.  However, there are cases where people guarantee credit can be repaired.  No such thing.  The only way someone can guarantee credit repair is if the people who work there commit fraud on behalf of the client.  The only way that happens is if staff is complicit in the fraud.
