All the pics given show the different players involved in this fraudulent sale. I bought a few products at cne then realized its all the same company. they have many booths at CNE right now. They add credibility by using the cosmetic brand..look at the bags and promos on my pics.

I realized that based on my bills, many of these problems trace to a company/retailer in GTA Ontario, called ROYAL BEAUTY CANADA (among other names too associated with brands) but they are known for their many beauty products that they distribute. (the problem is that the way they sell the products is very fraudulent throught resellers that they probably hire themselves who have other legal names and create a legal confusion with names and accountability.)

Their head office seems to be Royal trading. This is what happened**************I met Tommy at Toronto CNE Toronto (780 707 0129) who says he lives in Richmond hill but works in Niagara. He scammed me about a premier dead sea product called "the premium face lift on web site ( found out later) for 999.00 on the dead sea premier site usa which was offered to me for $500.00 after a few emails.

He misrepresented the company he worked for and the product details and instructions ! He said he worked for ERA ageless future (but he had another company name as per bill). (this ERA ageless future company is now protecting him and are colliding) He lied about this product saying it has collagen which it doesn't. (Premier confirmed it) (Premier dead sea products is now  colliding with them and saying that they are not scammers with out any details???) He lied that he his give aways are worth 888.00 for era C and E serum( its 299.on ERA AGELESSweb site). He lied about his gold masks treatments give away for era ageless future worth over 420.00 total since there is no address and he does not work for them , its alberta trading) His company name on my credit card is alberta trading.  They all use different names to be untraceable but they are all the same company. it seems like the umbrella company (ROYAL TRADING) which distributes LIONESSE, PREMIER DEAD SEA & VINE VERA & more is all one company called RE ROYAL TRADING at 888 800 9721

They all know each other and protect each other. They hire scammer sales people to sell their products. With the number of names and people and different company names they make it very confusing and difficult to catch the scam but its huge. I think that involved in this there also boutiques that are part the scam since i called them for info after i bought the products and there was no service. the boutique which is part of this scam ( on my invoice and I had bad experience on phone) is ROYAL BEAUTY CANADA in concord, dufferin mall and more. ( 3 boutiques)

I think that it is time that they are reported. I used credit card and the vendor is untraceable of course, called alberta trading, He sells ERA and Premier DEAD SEA products.He does not want to refund me because he thinks he is untouchable due to all this complicated system they se up but He want to give me another 12,000 retail value instead. I don't trust him and don't want to have dealings with such a heartless piece of sh*t abusing of women who are getting older and wrinkly. I want my total refund of 884 + tax for products he lied that  had No collagen he claimed it had !!!etc.any of the names i gave above are all part of the scam and all the resellers are potential scammers selling often at very high price. because they are all part of the family and have their own legal names to not be traceable. I am trusting that the person who answered the phone was honest. BUT NOW I  SEE SHE LIED TOO.at 888 800 9721. All this info may change after i report it who knows. this is the company http://www.reroyaltrading.ca/ yet there are no cosmetics there that she promised.  so i guess it's worse than i thought. they are hiding behind many company names and hard to trace. this will require a bit more research however i need my refund now and it's my priority. perhaps someone else will get scammed and continue this. Presently they called me from the royal beauty canada store  at the tel : 647 221 2260 and they claim that they cannot refund me since they are independant and only the ceo can do such a thing. Sara said that they cannot refund me because i had it in my hands. She refused to listen to my story of the scammer who misled me.  

She says that they are independant but yet their name is on all the invoices!!! What a game!
