Premier Holiday Travel Took me the a beautiful hotel Hyatt In cancun was beautiful, made it sound simple to go away on vacation to the best hotels for free. also gave alcoholic drinks scamed my brother and I to sign a 10 year contract. I made used it once it found it horrible and impossible to find someone who spoke english or the right number to call. the hotel was not "the Best" like they promised Cancun Mexico

I was sold a ten year contract and feel it is a scam. I was showen the Hyatt In cancun and it was beautiful then taken to breakfast and offerd acholic drinks, and food. Told it woud cost 55 dolars a month for maintenance fee out of my credit card. It worked the first year like that, then in december I got a bill for 500 in one shot.That I had to pay and all theses late fees incuded.. I paid even though never received any billing or update correspondence ever on Premier Holiday for anything..... i didn't use it until a year or two later and when i deceided to try it and found it impossilbe to contace anyone via phone or on-line or anyone who spoke english finally contacted the Hyatt and they gave me a number that they were moving who knew that?????? Have all e-mails saved. Bottom line I got reservations at this not so high grade hotel that the promised would be. I tried to get out of the contract but never received any billing or correspondence the get one bill out of the blue for 800. with late fees then it was sent to collection agency they harrased me at work I finaly found a decent man their who accepted 100 a month to get rid of that i had good credit and didn't want it tarnished. I tried again to cancel the contract or see what I can do I also told them it was a scam and plus i could not afford it. I never received a bil anything for 2008 or 2009. Until today 6-28-09 for two bills and late fees for 1222.00 which I'm upset and sick. The letter shows e-mails addresses but none work.... So good luck with the numbers and faxed for this company they don't work.......or go to someones house....
