I contacted them for a Debt Consolidation Loan. I was approved quickly and was told I needed to wire money for "Insurance Policy" to cover payment in the event I was disabled, laid off from my job or in case of death." and once they received the funds, the funds would be deposited in my account within two to four hours. Funds were not deposited.

I called the next day and let them know the deposit was never made and they informed me that I needed to send additional funds for a "Brokerage
Fee." I told them they had not advised me up front about the additional fee and their response was "I apologize, I did not realize I failed to explain that to you." I ask if I sent that amount was that the last funds I would be ask for prior to them depositing the funds. She told me yes and again the funds would be there in two to four hours. I sent that, guess what, no deposit!

The money was not deposited. The next day (Saturday) I called and got a recording they were closed and if I would leave a message, they would return my call. I left a message (with a BIG attitude, demanding someone call me immediately."

A little later I got a call from a "Supervisor" who said she "just happened to stop by the Office and got my message and wanted to know what she could do to help. I told her what had happened and she told me "there was just one more fee I would have to send." I told her I would not be sending any more money because I was specifically told that was the last money I would have to send and I wanted a complete refund.

I was instructed to call on Monday and they would arrange for a refund. Monday, I called and gave them the information and they said I should
receive it within two weeks.

When I called on Monday, I could not get through on the 866 number so I called the number the "Supervisor" had called me from. The man who answered the phone told me "there was no one by that name employeed there." I told him I had received a call from that number (I had saved it to my phone so I would have a 2nd number.) He got very rude with me and told me "TO GO F@!K MYSELF AND HUNG UP ON ME."

I finally go through to the 866 number and gave my information and was told I would be receiving a refund within two weeks."

It has been three weeks and still no refund. Now when I try to call the 866 number it immediatly cuts me off. When I call the other numbers I had been called from, I get a recording that tells their business hours and says their Mailbox is full and no messages can be left at this time.

I have called for four days (multiple times throughout the day)and am still getting the same recording and still unable to leave a message. I tried to send messages by e-mail but they are returned to me as undeliverable.

Bottom line, I have been scammed out of almost $2,700.00 and will probably never see any of it. So, long story short, I defeated the purpose of applying and receiving a loan in order to pay off bills and used money I could have applied towards my debts trying to work a way to pay them all off.

I have learned a VERY VALUABLE lesson and will not fall victim to scams such as this again.
