We are an HP Authorized printer and plotter repair business here on the East Coast. Last year we completed several repairs on printers and plotters for Premier Printer, but they have never paid us for these services. After months of trying to contact them for payment we filed a Warrant in Debt and won the judgment. Still they do not want to pay the judgment.

We have completed all the work that Premier Printer has requested, but they will not pay us for our services. Premier Printer's standard of practice is that the customer pay up-front with a credit card before services would be scheduled. How ironic. They were paid for services they contracted out to us, but they will not pay us. We were the ones who actually did the service call. No company will do business for free.

We have a large customer base on the East Coast and we have had to sub-contract a few of our service requests out, but we always paid our subs on time.

Watch out for this company. They could be charging you more than anyone else for repairs.

www.americomp.net is the company heather worked for at the time and currently we do not have any outstanding bills to them.

The statements made regarding Premier Printer Services , Inc. are not true , we have a great reputaion for paying our contracted staff members and performing outstanding printer repairs at industry standard pricing. We believe these comments were made during a transition period of restructuring our company, and the bills mentioned by Heather have been paid in full, we urge her to call us if their are any disputes .

Now further this company has provided some service calls for us that were never completed and caused ill repairable issues with our goverment clients, after numerous phone calls we decided not too pursue them any more and counted as a lost and a lesson learned, so buyer beware this company does really incomplete service work and has poor customer service.
