I lived at this rental house for almost two years. In December of 2018, I was out of the country for 3 weeks and the house was vacant for 3 weeks. When my family returned back, we found out that the house was infested with RATS. They had destroyed a lot of our property.
We found out from the pest control company that the Rats came into the property because the crawl space was not sealed. We had made this company aware of the potential problems but they never did anything.
It was a nightmare dealing with this management company. They are basically crooks that will try everything to steal money from the tenants. Stay away from this RAT INFESTED property and from this terrible management company.
