I've dealt with premier rv since 2006. They have been absolutely amazing to work with and have purchased both and Motor home and a toy hauler. If you're looking for a reputable company then go to Premier. Ken, Tracey and Will are always super helpful and have great service.

We have referred many to them to both sell their RV and to purchase an RV. And will continue to whenever anyone is looking for one!

My name is Linda and my husband and I purchased a Country Coach RV from Premier RV solutions. We have had nothing but positive dealings with them. When we first had our coach, we had an issue with the hot water. They immediately overnighted us parts to fix it at their expense. Anytime I have needed anything Tracy responds quickly. I would and have recommended them to otheRs looking for a recreational vehichle. I have this to say... some people are unpleasable! I hope that people looking for RV's etc. will not feel negetive and go to Premier RV. I am a satisfied customer!

I have been dealing with Ken Kastan and Tracy for more then 5 years now. I purchased a motorhome from them back in 2005. Ken had an issue with the former owner and the motorhome had to go back.  Ken and Tracy are working hard to get me the right coach that fits my needs again with no issues.  I have viewed several so far and have always been treated fair by Ken and his staff.

I would reccomend Premier RV Solutions to anyone that has credit problems and wants an RV.

I took over payment on a beautiful Fleetwood motorhome from Premier RV in early 2010. I just came across this ripoff report in an online search and wanted to set to record straight.

I have no doubt there were some issues in the dealings between Premier RV and Karen - or else she would not have taken the time to complain.

Premier RV provides an excellent service to both the buyers and sellers. I am 110% satisfied and they have continued for the past 1.5 years to be very supportive of me (as a buyer).

The whole process was great. I did have to travel to Las Vegas as well - but when I did arrive the night before I was driving home with my new Motorhome by the middle of the next day.

I got all of my paperwork, deposits and approval done before hand. It was absolutely clear what I was expected to do and provide when I arrived. Mike and Kenny were both there and showed me everything there is to know about the rig and even gave me a 50 to 30 amp converter knowing that I'd be driving the rig home on a decent trip and may need to stop somewhere for the night.

They made sure I was capable of handling every possible scenario I may get into and told me all of the things a "newbie" makes mistakes on. It was great!

Tracy and Will handled all of the paperwork, insurance and expectations. It was very clear and fast process.

If you are a buyer looking for new RV - this is the place to go. It does not getting any more fast, simple and friendly as this.

If you are a seller looking to get your RV "off your hands" I encourage you to look into Premier RV. Plenty of capable buyers like myself are looking for a way to get into a RV these days. Especially with all of restrictions the banks put on folks these days (super high credit score and very large down payment). They make it almost impossible for good hard working folks like myself who have the extra income to afford the payments and dearly deserve some good quality time out of the office and busy home and do some traveling.

Owning an RV is the easiest and most rewarding thing you can do to enjoy your free time (if you know where to go to get it). I enjoy hopping into my RV on a late Friday afternoon and heading to state beach for a quick and efficient weekend out of the house.

As an owner of Premier RV, I would like to clarify issues regarding the complaint by KAREN RAMBAT.
Ms. Rambat did receive her broker fee back in full.  I am able to provide proof that she did indeed receive her refund.

After completing a re-review of the application we found that there were issues regarding this applicant that we felt warranted us to not complete this deal.

We do not retain fee deposits when the rv is reviewed in person, and it is not something that the applicant wants.    The only time a deposit is not refunded immediately is when the unit is taken off the market for an extended period of time, even in that situation the applicant can transfer their deposit to another unit of their choice.

I am more than willing to discuss this situation with anyone with concerns regarding Karen Rambat's s complaint and provide documentation that this fee was returned to Ms. Rambat in full immediately upon cancellation.

It is not in our best interest to keep deposits, we do our best to settle disagreements.  Please contact our office if you have any questions.

Does anyone know if Premier RV Solutions is connected to the former RV Solutions located in Henderson, Nevada? Mr. Leo Sears and his son Arron Sears ran this operation and I am curious to know if there is a connection. Thanks for any information you can share.

Well, obviously this reply was all about damage control but it's not true at all. To show you who really has integrity here, check with the las vegas bbb and you'll see that two other people have filed complaints on this company. So obviously I am not the only one with issues with these people. I was lied to, taken advantage of and blown off. I lost so much money because of this company.. thousands of dollars. These are obviously not people that can be trusted. If you have the money to risk, then it might be something you can gamble with. They seemed like a reputable business and I had to pay the price to learn the hard way.

Although the applicant had initially been approved, she had not signed ANY contract with us. 

Our agreement is that after an initial deposit is received, the remaining fee is due at the day of signing. We decided, regretfully,  to terminate the application process because it was becoming apparent that she did not have the funds needed at signing after assuring us funds would have been in place to complete the deal. We even extended the time frame several times for this applicant.

The total amount that I paid cash to this company was $6,447.00. There was a wire transfer that was a mix up and for some reason it withdrew $500 from their account instead of depositing it.

Today they told me they would send me a check for $4,000. They said that they would send me another check for $500 when that wire transfer was settled. Tracy also stated that she would now be forced to change all of their account numbers because what I had done was fraud. I actually wasn't even the one that handled the wire transfer but it did have my name on it. A company that owed me the money was depositing the money in their account for me and there was obviously a mix up.

How someone could mention fraud to me as their pulled the rug out from under me while I had sent them $6,447 CASH is beyond my comprehension. With all my expenses of over $1,000+ and the $2,500 cash this company is ripping me off over $3,500. Which is obviously a felony.

Mike told me that there is no way that his salesman, Will, had made me any such a deal and when I informed him that he infact had, he asked me to send him the emails. After I sent them to him, of course he did not even respond with a phone call or email. Everyone was more than willing to talk to me and called me several times a day when they wanted my money but now that they have my cash they refuse to call me or reply to my emails.

I am a single mother facing foreclosure and had saved up my money to have a place to live. Now I have less than a month before I am kicked out of my home and no money to move and no where to move to.

You always here about people that do these scams but you never think it will happen to you.

Don't make the mistake that I did and stay far away from Premier RV Solutions in Las Vegas Nevada. Now I know why they wanted wire transfers and couldn't take credit cards. I even offered other ways to pay the full amount but Tracy compared her company, Premier RV Solutions to Ford Motor Company and said that they would never do such a thing and my suggestion was ridiculous.
