I suffered a mild heart attack and two strokes.  After that, I became so ill I thought I may not be able to go back to work.  I This company has a page to determine whether or not an incumbent is eligible for disability benefits.  Looking ahead as a possible worst case scenerio, I completed the mini questionnaire.  Someone called and I conveyed to them that I went back to work and was only considering this probability as a worst case scenerio.  The calling did not stop.

Therefore, I submitted another inquiry on that same page, indicating that I wanted them to stop calling me.  This only increased the non-stop calls.  Finally, I answered one of their emails and indicated that I wanted them to stop stalking me.  A representative stated that she would not stop due to the fact that I had made an inquiry and was trying to get "free benefits." 

This comment, is racist in nature and stereotypical in that all blacks are looking for freebies.  I have worked diligently since the age of 15 and if I want to retire at 65, these people have NO RIGHT to tell me when I can and when I can't stop working!  Subsequently, if I do not want to be a customer, they need to suck it up, move on, and find someone else to predicate upon.  Perhaps they aren't prospering are desparate?

To the public:  do NOT complete their mini-questionnaire on line if you feel you may be too sick or too incapacitated to return to work.  They will hunt you down until they wear you down, and you may wind up more ill than in the beginning.  I was mandated by my physician to avoid uneccessary stress and these blood sucking hawks are escalating my blood pressure exponentially.

I will not tolerate this any longer, and their scare mare fright tactics will not faze me one bit.

I filed a report regarding this company.  Enraged, they retaliated by sending "notifications" that my identity was about to be stolen.

If you do send an inquiry, they are predators.  If you do not send an inquiry, they are predators.  And woe betide the person with a high IQ who tries to escape them.

You can try to "steal my identity" to your heart's content but you won't be supplied with money.  In fact, if you want to take over my identity, then pay my debts.

 

Otherwise, GET OFF MY BACK.

Professionalism of Premier Disability Services LLC

When I read the negative review of Premier Disability Services LLC I was shocked and in total disbelief. As a former client of this outstanding, professional company I experienced nothing of the sort. After 28 years of working in the medical field I too contacted this company after experiencing a severe back issue in preparation for what I feared might be a career ending problem. I talked with some very knowledgeable individuals and openly discussed the fact that I wasn't totally sure at that time if my working days were over. They asked a few questions, stated they felt they could help me if I opted for their services, and thanked me for calling. I then took the better part of two more weeks before realizing the truth that I would no longer be physically able to continue with my medical career. Not one time during that nearly two week delay before deciding to ask for their services was I hounded, pressured, or even contacted by Premier Disability Services. I will say though that once I did request their assistance I was pleasantly surprised at the rapid pace and ease of the whole process. My claim for disability was rapidly approved allowing me the peace of mind of knowing I could continue to provide for my family. I owe it all to them and highly recommend their services to anyone, who like I was, is no longer able to work, scared, and unsure of what to do!
