I do not know if you are aware of this or not but a domain recently added premier-titleinc.com is a fraud front for time share re-sales that follow a path of promising sellers they have a buyer for their timeshare and pretend to bring a buyer to closing and ask ~$2,000 to close and then they shut up shop and move on to a new site and repeat this over again etc.  A similar scam was done by clement park financials and resulted in prison time for the company and others.  If you check this link you will see the tactics used.  On the phone they claim to have been in business since 2008 but just set up the domain.  At some point in time soon the attorney general I am sure will get involved when complaints arise. Finally, if this was a legit title company they would have a license with the AZ Dept of Insurance azinsurance.gov/ and when you search under their name or a part of it, no license comes up. When you search under the phone numbers or premiertitleinc.org under whois you get a tom green from a fictitious address in winter park, fl.  This is classic set up as the classic scam.  Hopefully you do not get caught in it.

Buyer Beware. Nice try Premier Title Inc representatives, but your rebuttal cannot stand up to hard facts

AUTHOR: dontgetrippedoff8862 - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, December 18, 2013

I must say, the representatives from Premier Title Inc must really think us consumers are stupid.  What are the odds that on the same day, two different Happy and Satisfied Premier Title Inc Customers would file a rebuttle to Ripoffreport.com.  The problem is no matter how much they want to pretend to be legitimate there are hard facts that need to be addressed before anyone with a half a sense of awareness would want answered before doing business with them.

1.  Both rebuttals state that they were very satisfied customers and have received payment already.  Interesting especially since an average close time for a deal is at least 45 to 60 days and if so and today is December 18th 2013, it seems this is completely impossible to be true because the company did not file letters of incorpeoration with the State of AZ until 11/20/2013, less than 30 days ago.  Nice try.  To confirm this simply go to the following address from the Arizona Corporation Commission and under business name type in premier title and click search http://starpas.azcc.gov/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=wsbroker1/connect.p?app=names-report.p.  Next click on file number 18874411 nasmed Premier Title Inc. and review the information.

18874411 PREMIER TITLE, INC.

2.  Lets say I am completely wrong about the fining as a business timeline and perhaps they simply were updating their filing (although this seems irrefutable as the date of first incorporation is 11/20/2013).  One would think that since they have stated they have been in business for many years then the website domain creation and registration would have to be many years old.  NOT.  As you can see in the initial report the purchase of the name premier-titleinc.com did not occur until December 2nd 2013.  Here is how you confirm this information.  First go to one of the domain source databases on line like easywhois.com https://www.easywhois.com/ and type in premier-titleinc.com and click on Whois Lookup and you will pull up the same information as I have described.

3.  Lets say I am still wrong and you are really faithful in what they are telling you.  Here are some other things to ask.  If indeed they are a title company, all title companies in the state of Arizona are required to be licensed witht he AZ Dept. of Insurance. If you go to https://az.gov/app/doilookup/ and you can look up a company defined in two categories as noted below.

Select from the following two options:

Insurance professionals View the license and associated information for Arizona-licensed insurance professionals (insurance producers/agents, surplus lines brokers, managing general agents, bail bond agents, rental car agents, self-service storage agents, etc.).

Insurance companies and other insurance entities. View license information for insurance companies, health care services organizations (HMO's), prepaid dental plans, third-party administrators, lifecare providers and other types of Arizona-authorized insurance entities.

Choose either one and under the search terms type in premier title and nothing will come up.

4.  Ok, I am really stupid because the Premier Title Rep will tell me that they do most of the title work but they outsource the completion to a licensed title broker.  Ok, that seems plausible.  The next reasonable question to ask is can they provide you with the name of any of the title company brokers that they use so you can confirm them as a reference?  Seem's reasonable.  Well Premier Title will say they are not able to provide that and give some BS excuse.  Ok, I still want to give them every benefit of the doubt so how about something less restrictive.  How about a bank reference.  Surely they can provide you with the name of their bank so you cna confirm that they are a legitimate company in good standing or a DNB number.  Nope.  No can do.

I think you get the point.  Buyer Beware.

This company has delivered my request as a title company

AUTHOR: realestate101 - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, December 18, 2013

Well I do want to make a comment in reference to Premier Title Company. I do live in the area and did use this company to sell my Marriot Resort Property. And they did do what they said they were going to do and my check for the sale was delivered to me in a timely fashion. As well as I am a real estate agent and was having trouble selling my property on my own. I was wanting to know if you paid them the money? Or did you just get a phone call and them telling you the process and you thought you were going to get ripped off? Because that is how most situations do occur. Well as me being a consumer I will recommend this company to anyone who is trying to sell a timeshare property. And this is the only complaint I have ever seen about this company. It is kind of sad to put down a company if you have never used them. And as well I do live in the same state as them. And they owner is not tom green.

Timeshare Resale Scams

AUTHOR: MoniqueBo - ()

POSTED: Thursday, December 12, 2013

The resale of a timeshare is a legitimate business. Companies agree to advertise a timeshare for a fee on their websites. As with advertising, the membership doesn´t need to sell in order the fees to be legitimate. The difference between an honest timeshare resale company and a scam, is when the company falsely suggest they have a buyer waiting for their timeshare, or picture unrealistic, overoptimistic selling possibilities
