Ad offered free sample of  1 product - simply pay $4.95 for shipping.   I responded to offer of 1 product  on 2/22/16.  They withdrew 2 payments of $4.95 and I received premiera anti-aging formula and prima snake venom peptide cream.

On March 8, 2016 they withdrew unauthorized  charges of $89.97 (8909764205) and $89.98 (8909200174) from my checking account.

Dr. Oz was featured in ad.  I request refund of unauthorized charges for a total of 184.90 in a timely manner.
