I wanted to inform the public about the many problems i have had with this facility in the span of a couple months. It all started out when my wife got a message on her phone about winning a free month with a personal trainer at premiere. We were told to come down to the gym to redeem the prize that she didnt even remember signing up for.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by what we thought at the time was a very nice trainer by the name of Jd. He tells us that in order to recieve our 30 day free trial we must sign a no obligation contract to the gym that we could cancel at any time. I would say in an hour, we had asked him about the contract being a no obligation deal ten times, considering we just showed up to try it out, and my wife was 8 months pregnant, and not in much of a condition where she could work out at the time. Agian and again, JD had assured us that we could cancel at anytime. (If you ever meet this guy, do not fall for his false sense of generousity, this man is a professional at lying to your face)!!!

Anyway, a few months later we decided to cancel the membership because we were not using it. I called the 1-800 number on the back of my card, and to my surprise, we had signed a 3 year contract, and in order to break it, we would have to give them 85 percent!! after trying countless times to resolve this matter, and no luck of getting ahold of a supervisor, im baffled!! This place had just ripped me off, and to this day, continues to steal money from my bank account. This place is a joke, and deserves to be shut down. I can easily see that im not the only one who has been fooled.

Im currently looking into hiring an attorney, in order to shut this place down. If there is anyone who would like to help me in this matter. Please post a comment.
