I was contacted by phone with an approval of $4000.00 Mastercard to help re establish my credit. This is exactly what I needed because I just finished paying off my debt and I want to rebuild my credit. The lady explained to me how the card would operate. I asked all the important questions because I was hesitant at first. I felt fine and proceeded. The cost was $299.95. Anyway, the amount was taken from my account and I didn't receive the card.

I called customer service and they told me that they are not a bank and they don't issue credit cards. I was hot then. I told them that I had not received anything and that I changed my mind about wanting to use them to rebuild my credit. I was told to write a letter and I would recieve a response within one week. Two weeks went by and I called. I was told to write another letter because I was denied my refund. So I wrote another letter.

Right now I have no refund, no credit card, or no package that they keep talking about. I feel so stupid. Not to mention that I am out of $299.95 that I could desperately use right now.

Well, I got my money back today and so can you. I read through every report on ripoffreport.com and at the end I read that one guy out of everybody got his money back. All three hundred and you can too! All you have to say is that you will call the New Jersey State Attorney General and their entire attitude will change. Go get your money people! Don't be intimidated.

When I called I told the lady that they got me real good, but I'm about to get them by clicking submit on my computer to send the report to the New Jersey State Attorney General. She asked me if I was threatenging her and I said no, I am going to do it unless I get my money back today.

She said that there was nothing she could do other than talk to her manager for me and to call back in an hour. Isn't it funny how she could now talk to to someone that doesn't work there or have an extention to be called. To make a long story short, they told me that my money would be in my account with 4-5 business days. Today it is in my account! Make them give it back. You worked hard for it!!!
