I was contacted via phone and told that they wanted to offer me a Visa credit card because they saw that I had recently been turned down by another company. Said they got my name from the bancruptcy court records.

All I had to do was pay 299.50 and I would receive a credit card from Premier Bank with a $3500,00 limit and $500 a day cash advance limit, within 10 to 15 working days.

They withdrew the money from my checking account right on schedule. 20 working days later, I called to report I hadn't recieved it yet and a woman named Stephanie Matthews told me that there was an additional 5 days for "in-house" processing. Said I should give it another week and call back for a tracking number. When I called a week later, I called several times throught the day for 2 days and couldn't get through and the answering service was full.

I finally was able to leave a message and never recieved a call back. Finally, a few days later, I got through to the answering service again and left a message threatening to contact the Attorney Generals office... got a call back that same day. The man (Chris Kennedy)then told me the package shipped the 1st of the month (this was on the 16th). I asked him why they would have shipped a package for a credit card instead of an envelope through the mail. He then explained that in the package was a voucher for the card and I would use that to call in an authorization code so that Premier Bank could issue the card.

I complained I should have recieved it by now. He told me to call back in another week and he would have the usps tracking number. I just recieved the package and it's coupons and a voucher for a $5000 "Master Card" debit card that I can deposit money into and spend what I save. Definately not what I was told I was buying. I am retuning the package, but I'm sure I won't see a penny back.

I am still going to repot it to the Attorney Generals office. I sure hope somebody nails these theives! Now I'm just another $300 deeper in the hole!

Thanks for listening.
