I thought I was getting a free trial sample and was giving my credit card information for shipping only. Big mistake...Premium White have charged over $220.00 on my card which I am disputing. My credit card company has credited some back to me but they are even having problems with this company. Don't be fooled and give them credit card information because they will use it at their discretion. I contacted them and returned the 'trial samples' but they still continued to charge my credit card. They are rude, devious, and will steal your money. Premium White and its various other names, is a total scam.

To Nicole, Premium White employee


I have done all that customer service asked. I have sent back both free trial samples and have only received a $45 credit. Your company then charged me another $86 and $45 dollar after my returning returning the trial samples. There is no confusion on my part. However, your company failed to live up to what it said and refund me the original amount. They, in fact, put additional charges on my credit card. Thankfully, my credit card is working with me and is very familiar with your company. Your company definitely has a bad reputation and it is my intention to share my negative experience with others until my credit card is reimbursed what was falsely charged. Your company had no authorization to continue to charge my card. I have also filed a complaint locally and with the State of CO. The only one confused is those who your company hasn't victimized yet!
