Add on Facebook offering Renewal Cream and Ageless Eye Serum on special trial, low price of @9.27. Received products with no paperwork or when ordering, no mention of the trial being 14 days.
We received two billings on our visa for $97.21 from Premium youthfountain, 800-714-2108 and $92.30 from NCO Dermawrinkleblast, 800-801-6230.
Contacted them by phone to complain about the bogus charges. That we were not notifed by phone or by email or by notices with product of the 14 day cancellation policy. The fact that two different charges, on from Texis, the other from Winsconsin, but same ansering messages, a recording, adds to the ripp off.
They agreed to close my account but no refund of any kind. Further, we will be billed $37.00 for this mo. Billed for what? I never received and aditional products.
Contacted Visa to cancell credit card. Also fileing a Cardholder Dispute.
