Presidential Pools And Spas lying contractor San Antonio Texas

Karl Keene the owner of presidential pools and spas contracted to build my pool in March of 07 he almost finished in Nov.07. He didn't install the correct plaster the second time he plastered it ( the first leaked because he didn't seal any of the pipes) he contracted to me to do the electrical work and wouldn't pay when I was done, he charged me for a pool cleaner but never installed it or the booster pump. He lied to me daily and went months without answering his phone or emails. I am looking for a sealer for the flag stone he installed on the coping and beach entrance which is breaking down in the salt water and getting sand all over the pool.

I sued him in small claims court and won over $5000.00 settlement but probably won't ever see it. I will be putting leans against everything he owns if he owns anything.
