Presidential Who’s Who, Inc. is also operating under the business  as Presidential Who’s Who.

Presidential Who’s Who, Inc. has had offices at 134 Rockaway Ave., Valley Stream, NY 11580, and 17 West Merrick Rd., Suite B, Valley Stream, NY 11580-5701. Frank Ciaccio is President and Chief Executive Officer, and Mark Anthony McGuiness is Chief Operating Officer.

Presidential Who’s Who, a New York company, addresses the email recipient personally and falsely implies that they’ve been specially selected for recognition in an exclusive registry.

The email, supposedly from Chief Operations Officer MarkAnthony McGuiness, plays on the receivers’ ego by claiming they’ve been chosen because they’ve reached a distinguished level of success in their career.

So what’s the catch? They scam you by selling you a listing with your name in a worthless book that they sell to others that they scam incuding you.   You will also be repeatedly offered the chance to upgrade your listing, or to buy add-ons such as books, plaques and certificates bearing your name.

Looks like Mr. Ciaccio may have used your money to open a store. According to the below news article, Brothers Frank and Domenico Ciaccio have started a new business venture in Valley Stream. They are the owners of the new Valley Hut Convenience Store on Rockaway Avenue, next to Caffé Napoli.

The Ciaccio brothers are already familiar with the neighborhood. They own Presidential Who’s Who, located on the next block of Rockaway, and publish a book featuring profiles of leading of business professionals. They have more than 30 employees and have been in Valley Stream for two years.
