Prestige Financial The worst copmpany EVER! Salt Lake City Utah

My husband and I dont have the best Credit in the world, so we went to a second chance financing dealership, Easterns Auto, in MD. We needed a new car and they were willing to help. When we got approved for the car we knew our interest rate would be a little high. But we were told that the rate would go down over the coarse of 5 years. BIG FAT LIE!

For The first year and a half all our payments were made on time without a problem. Then my husband and I started going through marital problems and we seperated which left him with the car and the payment. He lost his job and got behind on the payments. Prestige did work with him and put 2 payments on the back. I called and made a 1500$ payment which would have caught us up. After this issue we are still trying to get on our feet. we are behind this payment b/c I am trying to refinance it. So, they keep telling us we dont have a grace period and they will repo the car..BS...By law we have 60 days before they can actually start the process to repo the car.

Not only are they harrassing me but I got a copy of my credit report and in 2 years, we have olny paid, 360$ towards the balance on the car! How is that possible!!! They have paid themselves before they have paid down the balance of the car! Their comapny has made over 11k$..We want to trade in the car but no one will take it and we can not find anyone to refinance the car b/c the balance is still sooo high!

I am furious!!! Not to mention this guy at prestige keeps text messaging me from his personal phone regarding the car! I asked for an email address b/c we all work and I dont have time to talk and argue at my job, but no answer! This is the worst company ever and I dont recommend anyone to use it! They are terrible and they have pending lawsuits for harrassment! BAD BAD NEWS!!!!
