Prestige Fragrances Ultimate Fragrance St Charles, Missouri
*UPDATE Employee: Truth
i think these are the same people who ran the Ultimate perfumes scam described on this site.
Going by the names Tracy, Connie, and Chris. The meeting was word for word described in several other posts regarding a scam in Bridgeton MO recently.
Paying cash for cheep marketing labor, eg telemarketing sales of wholesale perfume.
Tracy is Blonde, blue eyes, about 5 foot 8 inches, bubbly and ditzy.
Connie is a short red haired pale, female.
Chris was unshaven, black hair.
All in their mid 30's.
I was not fooled. The funny feeling set in midway through "interview" two for a Regional Manager position.

Is this really a report? This "Angry STL" person, I've ran into a lot of ugly ignorant negative skeptical people in my career but this doesn't make sense to me. Well lets go through this fact less report.
I'm not the smartest person you'll ever meet but my google maps says that St. Peters MO and Bridgton MO are two different cities. So common sense to me is that it's two separate locations or for your dumb a*s two different offices.
Next I did not sit through your 2nd interview but I can guarantee that they said specifically that there are no telemarketing. Our product is perfume dingle berry try selling that over the phone.
Next you go into their physical descriptions?? Really?? I'm not a psychic but let my try and describe you....... 5'8", 230lbs, 30 years old, divorced, unemployed, and probably unemployable!!
This is the deal: The business has been around for 36 years. If it was a "scam" don't you think someone would have caught on long ago? Direct sales is not a "scam" but all direct sales companies get a bad rep from the lazy, looking for a hand-out, and unemployable people of the world. We sell perfume! It's a 10 Billion dollar market, we aren't getting all the pie we are just getting a piece of it.
What we provide is a opportunity some take advantage of it some don't. I think anyone who has been "scammed" by a Scentura affiliate should acknowledge at least in part that the "scam artist" at one time bit the same bait that lured you in and either made a successful go at it or is doing something else for a living. The business model does work and it has worked very well in the past when the internet, for instance, was not so popular and sites like this did not exist. It`s about excitement and hype for sure - billions of advertising dollars are spent every year to "lure" you in; into the department store, so that once you`re in you`re lured to buy a product. You bought the hype. It`s psychology and its a numbers game. The Scentura model wad designed to teach you this. There was never a guarantee of success, but an opportunity. Like a try-out, not everybody makes the team. Those who don`t fall into one of two categories: acceptance (Thanks but no thanks.) or bitterness (I can`t do it and neither should anyone else.) It`s much easier to be negative than to be positive; it`s human nature, just like it`s much easier to lay in bed than to get up in the morning. It`s easier to be lazy than to be motivated. Financial freedom requires Very Very HARD WORK! Negativity loves company and the easiest way to attract it is to jump onto a website like this and start spewing it. This unfortunately has been the demise of an otherwise legitimate business. People want to believe it sounds too good to be true and they found someone to confirm their suspicions. From there the negativity s****.>
So this is my opinion. If you're not against sales and you are unemployed why not give it a shot. It doesn't cost anyone anything but time and effort. And what wouldn't a average person do for about 90 days to make a income of $35,000 or more. There are office managers all over the county that make over $100,000 a year. That's where the opportunity is some will take advantage of it. I did over 6 years ago and it's still working for me. What you put in is what you get out.
