Prestige Kitchen & Bath ripoff - Poor Installation, Won't stand behind warranty, Obnoxious, Unprofessional Clearwater Florida

We hired Prestige Cabinets to do our Kitchen and Bathrooms for a new house we built. First they were extremely late in delivering the initial cabinets. Second they did a very poor job of installation and took literally Months to finish the job. Third, They were extremely rude and constantly lied to us when we called to check on the status of our project completion. and NOW, there were 2 cabinet doors that were faulty from the manufacture ( Kraftmaid ), the glue simply did not hold on the corners of two doors. Thus the doors will not close.

Michael and David ( the owners ) and Greg ( the service tech ) all came and inspected the doors and agreed the glue was the problem and promised to order new doors. That was 2 months ago. Upon contacting Michael yesterday I was told they had NOT ordered the doors because they determined they had been damaged. ( There is not one scratch on the doors and THEY did the installation ). They are now requiring us to PAY for two new doors to resolve the problem.

This company has lied to us from the beginning and done a very poor job of everything they have done. Now they will not stand behind the product they sell. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone considering using this company to CANCEL Any arrangements and find a reputable company to deal with!
