Prestige Pools - Charlie Fusco - Melody Dyson Finally people are starting to take action!! Harrisonburg Virginia

Thank God people are finally starting to report their experiences!! The only thing we can hope for is that of all the people who have filed their reports, they will hopefully talk to everyone and anyone else they know who has had experiences with Charlie Fusco and Melody Dyson and Prestige Pools of Virginia (to my knowledge has no affilitation with Prestige Pools in NC) and they too will file a complaint.

FACT: Please check with Rockingham County Court, there you will find an open case between Charlie Fusco/Prestige Pools and Barrier Reef Pools for an amount exceeding $100,000!! That poor company trusted Charlie with their name and their brand and he totally screwed them!! Please call Tony Walton (owner of Barrier Reef USA at (912)266-2333) to confirm and discuss. Tony is mortified at what Charlie and Melody have done to his company. He is more than willing to bend over backwards to assist people who have been burned by Charlie, but keep in mind, there is only so much he can do as the man himself got burned BIG TIME!! It should be said that there is absolutely NOTHING WRONG with the brand Barrier Reef Pools, the pools are beautiful and well made, if you have met with Charlie and Melody and want a Barrier Reef Pool but dont want to go with them, please call Tony, he can help you get in touch with a REPUTABLE contractor/dealer who can help you!

To the homeowner who picked out their Barrier Reef Pool only to be told that pool was no longer available and switched to another brand, they probably got a Crystal Palace Pool (a Viking Pool basically) which is really a GOOD Pool...it is a shame that Charlies shoddy installation practices have caused them grief, and of course, it was not their original choice so that is TOTALLY wrong and unethical, but I am GUESSING (with substantial fact behind my guess) that your Barrier Reef Pool was promised to you at a time when Charlie was still selling Barrier Reef Pools and before Tony Walton at Barrier Reef took it away from him, THEN at the time you were actually ready for your pool, Charlie was no longer a Barrier Reef Dealer so he had to switch you to the Crystal Palace line as they are still allowing him to sell their pools, but hopefully that will end soon as well.

Charlie and Melody constantly lie about who's fault it is that their projects go amiss. They blame contractors, (and yes Melody, we WERE your contractors at one point), they make up tremendous stories about what the contractors did to cause jobs to go bad...funny how EVERY SINGLE contractor that has ever had the misfortune to cross paths with them and work with/for them has had the same fate, they DONT get paid, they get lied to, sent into hornets nests of homeowners who were lied to by Charlie/Melody, tried to fix shoddy installations and very bad grades to make a job work....told to do horrendous things with equipment and plumbing issues..."Just leave that hole and 2" flex pipe sticking out of the ground and we'll tell the homeowner that's where he fills his pool up!" (remember that one Charlie?!) THe list is endless! At first I was mortified that my reporting them on this site led to her spilling back tremendous, ridiculous lies about us that would now be forever on line that I obviously could not control...but now that we have over 35 homeowners who could easily vouch for us and will readily admit that if there was a problem at their jobs (and don't fool yourself, it's construction, there are ALWAYS unforseen issues and sometimes, yes, even mistakes!) that we ALWAYS fixed everything and remedied everything completely, 100%! They have beautiful pools and backyards that exceeded their expectations. The more you try to make up lies about others Melody, the more truth will come out about you and Charlie. Shame is, that several people were concerned about you and your apparent desire to "spend time with the devil", you seemed confused, mixed up, and blinded by what you called love, and you obviously still are, and it has cost you a lot. He is not a nice, decent, honest man and you should have reached out and taken the hands of people who were willing to listen and help, customers, friends, contractors, etc...

Tommy Myrtle, Tyson, Kevin, Tony Walton, Ron from Cobblestone Homes, etc. etc... are all people who would be in front of a judge explaining their experiences with Charlie and Melody. Not to mention, all of Tommy's customers that he obtained through Charlies horrible jobs/lies, all of Tysons customers, all of Kevins customers...SEVERAL suppliers...go ahead, try to say that we are all lying. Better yet, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE leave the country and run like we ALL think you two are going to do so that no other person in any other state has the misfortune of crossing your paths, pools, siding, windows, whatever gig they decide to pick up next.
