On March 21, 2008 I sent a certified letter to Prestige Timeshare Marketing, the same letter that was posted on RIP OFF. On April 1, 2008 the letter was returned to me unopened with two yellow postage labels "UNABLE TO FORWARD/FOR REVIEW" "NO FORWARD ORDER ON FILE". I thought I had put the wrong address on the letter but looking closer I found where someone either in the post office or from Prestige Timeshares Marketing had placed an address label over the address that I typed on the evelope showing a totally different address. I will attempt to fax this letter to the fax number listed by the Better Business Bureau to see if that works. Prestige Timeshare is a total Rip Off and I want my $2,097.00 back immediately. If anyone else is considering filing a class action lawsuit please let me know. I have had enough with this scam.

Contact the Florida State Attorney's office. There is a trial against the owner starting in October.

I too have been ripped off by Prestige Timeshare Marketing. I live in Delaware. I am eager to become part of a class-action lawsuit and stop any other potential victims from dealing with this company. Please post another comment so we can find a way to join forces to force this company out of business.
