Prestige Timeshare Marketing John Davis, Savid Harris and Smamntha Pierson Pompano Beach, Florida

I signed up with Prestige in August 2007 via John Davis. He told me he is giving me a special price (I had wanted to signe up with an other company) just like the others for 499.-- He also told me they would sale the extra vacation I had for $2800.- per week. I had to pay him an other $200 for the vacation sale.
Then I heard from David Harris who told me that a Doctor had bought the points for $23000.-. However 2 weeks later I was informed that the Doctor had a hard attack and the points where back on the market.

Then one week later David told me that a Doctor and his wife from South America had bought the points and it was in escrow. It would take a while since they could only do 2 to 3 people a day (working days( and I had 125 people in front of me. I called about every week to find out what was going on and he said the Doctor is calling too and want it to speed up but in order to do so one of us needs to pay $3000 for the Lawyers to work faster.

According to calculations my turn was December 1st 07. One week before that date I called Prestige and was told that the Doctor had backed out because he is getting a divorce. There was also a new person now, Samantha who told me that they had to fire David because he did not return the customers calls and that she was the Vice President. Now my point where on the market again.

In the meantime I was it severe financial stress. I was in the process of settling 2 of my accounts where I owed money. I had gotten a very good offer and thought that since I will receive the time share point money by December 1st, I will take out a lone pay off the accounts and then turn around and pay off the loan. Now I was in real trouble because I had a large loan bill which I can not pay.

Over the holidays nothing happened then In January Samantha told me that she had a buyer again after some back and forth for $23,000. She also told me that now I needed to pay the rest of $1301. I was shocked and told her that I had no such agreement with Johan or David.

As a fact, they had made special agreements for me. She told me that nothing will be done until I paid the $1301.
I called my lawyer and ran the whole story by her. I also sent her the contract papers. She told me that it all looks proper and there is really not much I could do. That is just how these companies operate.
Since I am totally broke, so much so that I can not even afford a place to live and sometimes appropriate food. I had to ask a friend to lend me the money. He hesitantly agreed after some more talking with the lawyer. The both of us got on the phone with Samantha and had the money transfered from his checking account.
Thereafter I did receive by fax and later mail a contract signed by Samantha. She said it would take about 30 days.

What happened next is When I called her personal cell phone 954-638-4276 the mail box was full and continued so for a week. The main number for the company, that mailbox was ans still is full too. The fax number just rings for ever. And today when I called Samanthas cell phone it was disconnected.

I finally went and googled the company and found the rip off reports. At this point I am seriously in trouble. If I not soon get this money I have to leave the country or kill myslef.
