Ordered the product and it took 11 weeks for it to come in the mail and when it finally got it here they want you to go to some website and print out these bs living wills. When you try to go to the website to print them out the site is down and every number I have found online to contact the person in charge there is never anyone there.

We are sorry that Mr. Ladner is unhappy with the product that he ordered from us. We checked the website in question and it is working fine. The website address must be entered exactly as it appears. Although Mr. Ladner never returned the product for a refund, we have, in the interest of good business, voluntarily issued a full $32 credit to his Mastercard, and we sincerely regret the fact that the product did not meet his expectations.
