PrimaPharmacy fraudulently obtains credit information ripoff Internet

I recently made a purchase through PrimaPharmacy as well as many others. Just like everyone else, my order was "processed" and payment taken from my account, but I never recieved confirmation or my product. I looked up this site in a general search and realized i was ripped off as soon as I came across this site.

I called my bank and went to my local branch immediately. I was told to cancel my debit card as well as fill out an affidavit for unauthroized transactions.(sorry, I think spelling is incorrect) When I spoke to both a bank customer service rep as well as a branch employee, they both said that even though I thought that the transaction would be considered to be authorized , it in fact was not because the company fraudulantly obtained my information with no intentions of fulfilling the purchase transaction.

The bank rep at the branch filled out the form for me and as the description/ reason for disputing transaction, he wrote something to the effect of : "Customer made purchase through Internet, shortly after 'purchase' the site no longer existed".. I wish I had the paper handy so I could tell you word for word but unfortunately I dont at this time. Basically the way he worded itis that there is obviously some shadyness behind the transaction.

Basically, don't feel you're completely screwed just yet. Explain the situatuion to your bank and/or credit provider that they have obtained funds fraudulently! My bank is in the process of performing a complete investigation into the situation. They've told me it may take 10 days to complete. I intend to call first thing Monday for an update on the situation. I wish I had more to offer. Good Luck to all.
