Prime Acceptance Corporation PAC Company claims they aren't recieving insurance documents from my insurance company.THERE IS PROOF THEY ARE BEING SENT THE INFORMATION- then they fine me 75 $ are- Salt Lake City Utah

I have been financing my car through Prime Acceptance Corporation for almost two years now. Every six months my Insurance renews. My Insurance Company- a very good company (Infinity)- then sends Prime Acceptance Corporation (PAC), as well as myself, an Insurance Declaration. But, for some reason, PAC continually claims they never get this information from my insurance company and then sends me threating text messages to fine me 75$ for nonproof of insurance. I then have to go through an unreal amount of inconvienences to proove that my insurance is valid. My Insurance last renewed on March 17, 2015. On March 18, 2015 an Insurance Declaration was sent out by my Insurance Company to me, as well as, PAC. Once again, they claim they never got that information from Infinity and, when Infinity has documented evidence that it was sent out to them.

Then On April 11, 2015 they sent me a threatening text message saying I will be fined 75$ if I do not provide them with proof of insurance. I thencontact ed my Insurance Company and they immediately faxed over the information to them-in which Infinity also has documented evidence of. Okay. The end of that. So I thought. But on may 7, 2015 they sent me another threatening text message that if I didn't provide them with proof of insurance I would be fined 75$. I Immediately contacted my insurance company and, once again, that information was faxed over to them- Infinity has this documented as well. My car payment is normally 460$ a month. But this month, on may 19, 2015, I was charged 543.93$.

They still fined me 75$ for nonproof of insurance. What a scam these people have going for them. They can claim they don't recieve your insurance information-when in fact they do- and then fine you 75$ for it. I told them for now on ( every six months ) they would not only be recieving a letter through the mail from my Insurance Company but an email from them as well. AND, A CERTIFIED LETTER FROM ME. Really? I have to put myself through THAT to make sure they don't rip me off again? I wonder who else they do this to? And, I wonder if they'll pay me back the money they stole from me? They literally took my grocery money for the week... and that is no joke. Also. When I bought this car they said they were going to report me to the Credit Bureau on a monthly basis to help me build my credit back up. Not one report has been filed.

They claim this is the Credit Bureau's fault and that they report to all three outlets on a monthly basis. Really? Out of the three Credit Bureaus they report to not one files? Not so sure I believe them on that one. Just like they don't recieve my insurance documents from my Insurance Company when in fact my insurance company has documented proof that it is being sent to them every six months. And, one last thing. When I called them upset about had happened, the fine that was added to my car payment for nonproof of insurance and that they took my grocery money for the week, they had the audacity to laugh in my face. These people are ruthless, rude and dishonest. When I googled PAC it's clear I'm not the only one having problems with this company. I think PAC should be exposed for the crooks that they are.
